About Jo

I'd describe my personality as creative, hard-working, and upbeat. I like working with kids because I love seeing how they interact with the world around them and express their creativity. I love being able to provide support and engagement while encouraging growth and exploration. I've been working with kids since middle school, when I began volunteering in my church nursery (newborn to age 3). After college, I began working with children with autism and have been doing so for about a year. In my spare time, I like to make art, take walks, read, and care for my plants.
