About Jolene

I'd describe my personality as honest, understanding, and outgoing I like working with kids because I feel a strong calling in helping and teaching children. I love seeing them grow and learn as individuals. I teach kindergarten Sunday school and seeing them develop over the year with them is so remarkable. I'm looking for a job that will keep me on my toes and help prepare me for my future career in early education. I plan on being a teacher after graduating college in 3 years. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old at my mother's preschools. Reading stories to them and teaching them how to count was so inspiring and gaining connections with them really pushed me to be a teacher. In my spare time, I like to do bible studies with my classmates and go to the beach for a good surf session. I also like to go downtown for a walk through the square and watch the sunset.
