I have 20 years of experience in a broad array of human service positions and 6 years as a personal care assistant. I am a strong advocate for people living full meaningful lives. I love cooking and sharing delicious, nutritious meals and can include planning and preparing dishes for and/or with you. I can also help find exciting healthy alternatives to comfort foods for those with dietary restrictions. I am attentive to detail and thorough in my work.
