About John

I spent over 20 years in the world of collegiate athletics and also served as the Assistant Athletics Director for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Ticket Office. I am a member and Social Media Chair/Graphic Designer for Norman (OK) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc and also owner/operator of John Linzie, LLC; my own graphic design and event planning company I was a nominee and honoree for the 2022 Caring For Aging Beauties Award, which recognizes individuals who care for senior citizen clients, family members, or friends. When my mother was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, I moved home to care for her while she was in recovery, providing transportation ro appointments, meal preparation, medicine management, appointment scheduling and more, while also making sure my father and my aunt had all their needs taken care of.
