About John

Hello! My name is John (most people call me J. P.), and I am a dedicated childcare provider with professional experience supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. I am currently employed as a paraprofessional with the Toms River Regional School District where I work one on one with students with autism. I have gained experience in Autism, MD (Multiple Disabilities), and CI (Cognitively Impaired) classroom settings. One of the things I enjoy most about working with children is seeing their unique potential. I believe every child has strengths, talents, and abilities that can flourish when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. My goal is to help nurture that growth by creating positive experiences that build confidence, curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Whether through play, conversation, creative activities, or simply being a consistent source of support, I strive to help children develop into the best version of themselves
