About Johana

Hi families! My name is Johana, and I'm a proud mom to a sweet 5yr old girl. As a mom, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to keep your little ones safe, happy, and loved. I have 6 years of paid childcare experience caring for children from newborns to teenagers. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I gained valuable experience supporting children with diverse needs and encouraging positive behaviors. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, patient, calm, organized, active, and adaptable. I enjoy playing soccer, hiking, and spending time outdoors with my family. I love creating fun, engaging activities that help children learn, grow, and build confidence. I'm currently looking for a full-time childcare position but am also open to date nights and occasional babysitting. I treat every child with the same love and care I would want for my own daughter.
