About Joey
I'm a caregiver right now and worked as a dietary aid a couple years ago. I enjoy the relationships built with seniors. They are full of life and have so much life history to share with others. A lot of seniors that I've worked with don't have family nearby and just need someone to be with them during their days and being with them makes their day. That's my goal and why I enjoy working with seniors. I have experience with companionship, housekeeping, ambulatory assistant and transferring seniors from bed to wheelchair. I have worked with seniors with Dementia and Alzheimers. I'm trained in CPR and first aid, and HHA certified.

She always arrived five to ten minutes early and wore a mask. You could see the smile even through mask as she'd transfer my Nana from her bed to her wheelchair. My Nana always said that Joey would sit with her and keep her company and listen and laugh with her. My Nana loved reading her bible, so Joey would sit with her and some times read my Nana's bible to her. And when I'd arrive at my Nana's after work the house would be spotless and food would be prepped in the fridge. I highly recommend working with Joey; she is delight.
