At their weakest times, I'm there for them, to let them feel comfortable, coordinate with their doctors, run errand for them, go beyond working hours to stimulate their mental prowess, walk and do physical exercises for them, give massages, tidy and groom them, coordinate social activities, lift them up in their sun-downing distress, maintain a high level of self-esteem and let them feel they are loved.

Hi, my name is Barbara and Joel has been my father's caregiver for four years. Joel has all the qualities of an excellent caregiver. He is compassionate, kind, loving, thoughtful and extremely capable of handling any situation that may arise. Joel is also very communicative not only with the patient, but with the extended family as well. Joel has a very calming personality, respectful of others and did treat my dad as if he was his own parent. There were times that we needed Joel outside of his normal work hours and he was always eager to respond and please. Even though my dad has passed we still keep in touch because he has become like a member of our family.
