About Jo

I've been working and volunteering in childcare since I was a young teen, and can't imagine myself doing anything else! I have a passion for helping children learn and grow and I strive to make a positive impact on their lives. Previously I was classroom teacher in a toddler room (but I have experience with nearly all ages!) and have my first aid, CPR, and child safety certifications. I use a patient, calm approach with children and love to engage them in educational and creative games and activities. I'm comfortable enforcing your household rules and following the parents' lead. I can help with homework or remote school, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and reach their full potential!
