About Jodi

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. I believe every student possesses unique capabilities, and I thrive on providing the personalized support necessary to help them succeed. By actively observing how a student interacts with new material, I adapt my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions--to match their specific learning style. I keep students motivated by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating every small victory along the way. Open communication is the foundation of my approach, as I prioritize building trust with both students and parents to ensure we are working toward the same goals. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a student's confidence grow as they master a new skill. I am eager to help your child flourish, and I look forward to embarking on this learning journey with you.
