I have been in the private home care field for 20 years. My top goal and priority is to work with a family centered around what their specific needs are! I have taken care of seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as taking care of a individual with multiple sclerosis. I have extensive experience in all aspects of daily care, from showering to feeding, range of motion exercises, and experience with catheter, ostomy, and wound care. The last client I had suffered from MPS Level 6 which is a rare disease. She lost her vision at the age of 4 and was legally deaf. She was completely reliant on all aspects of care and mobility as she could not walk and needed help with all daily duties. I can be flexible on the days I work but would like to keep it down to 3 days a week/ 8-9 hours a day.
