About Jodie

I'd describe my personality as energetic, innovative, creative, empathetic, and very bubbly I like working with kids because they're curious and passionate about their interest. children are the next generation of our society so I love being able to make a positive impact in a child's life. I started working with kids when I was 11 years old in my church. I had continued this until I left for college so I have about 8 years of experience with children. my family is also full of kids, and I am an older sister to two amazing kids. my brother has mild autism and i've aided in the care of them since they were babies as well. I also work in the mother baby unit at university of louisville hospital a few nights a week, and take care of the newborns in the hospital by giving/ assisting with their first bath, feeding them, changing diapers, etc. In my spare time, I like to go to pilates, try new restaurants with my friends, go to the gym, paint, go to museums, read and learn anything!
