About Jocelyn

I started working with kids when I was 19 years old. I became a Registered Behavioral Technician in various settings doing Applied Behavioral Analysis with children and young adults diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities from the ages of 2-22. In 2018, my family welcomed my little sister and I transitioned to caring for her full-time during the week and continued providing therapy on the weekends until mid 2020. In 2021, I began babysitting professionally for families throughout San Diego County and officially started my business in March of 2021 called Joy of Care. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, out for walks and bikes, line dancing, live concerts, traveling, hanging out with my sister and friends, and catching up on rest! One thing you should know about me is I work full-time in the mornings during the week as a TA at a school for students with moderate to severe special needs. I am available anytime after 5 p.m. on weekdays and any time on weekends.
