I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and patient! I like working with kids because it promises a new unique experience each day! It teaches me patience, I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and engage! I'm looking for a job that will not only look at me as an employee but more so a part of the family in a way! And of course a family that will be understanding! I started working with kids when I was just 12, I used to help my mom when she was a nanny for her sister! I started my own paid babysitting when I was 14! I always loved the idea of helping families out and growing a relationship with kiddos! In my spare time, I like to paint, draw, go to the gym, walk, tan, be outside, cook/bake!! One thing you should know about me is I can be very shy when first getting to know people! My skills include patient, fun, helpful.

Jocelyn has been watching my son since he was 1, he’s 2.5 now. She also watches my 7 year old when she gets home from school for about an hour every day. My son absolutely adores Jocelyn and gets so excited when she arrives! When she leaves he says “I have fun with Jocey”, “why Jocey go bye bye?” She does numerous activities in the home such as bubbles, playing in the backyard, art activities and fun sensory activities. She will make lunch and snacks for the kids. They’re always well fed. She also puts my son down for one nap a day and diaper changing… though he can be a real 2 year old at times about it. She also takes my toddler on fun trips to the indoor playground, outdoor playgrounds, indoor jump centers, the zoo, target and of course Starbucks. My son truly loves her and his time with her. We are just moving onto preschool to learn some group setting skills. Jocelyn will be the person we still call for date nights and I’m so happy to have had her as my son’s nanny. She is the best!
