I have known Joceline for 40+ years. I have watched her raise her 4 children with such love and devotion. She then took her love for children and used that to take care of other children. She is creative, energetic, loving with the children she cares for. She provides opportunities for her children to be creative and active through outside play activities and arts and crafts, as well as provides them with educational experiences. Joceline is someone who I would highly recommend for anyone to have as their day care provider. Her experience, love and dedication is admirable and one should want in a provider for their children.
