About Joann

Hi, I'm Joann. I have 11 years of full-service nannying experience through Care. com. I'm a SoCal native and I also run a small at-home gluten free baking business! I have a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish from CSULB and plan to begin my Master of Social Work in 2027. My career goal is to support children and families within the foster care system. I have extensive experience caring for children up to 15 years old. I strive to create an engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive and be themselves. I enjoy doing a variety of activities with kids such as going to the beach, playing sports, baking together, and creative projects, to name a few!
