Wow, Joanna is great. She started working for us for June 20, 2019 and still working late afternoons for us. She worked more hour until my mother died but is now taking care of my father. Her loving care, knowledge and support was what we needed to take care of my mother through the different phases of needed care from transferring to the wheel chair to completely bed bound. This person is a gem.
