About Joanna

I'd describe my personality as caring, creative, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because I have grown up with younger kids around all the time. I also love being creative and listening to what they say. I'm looking for a job that I can gain more experience working with kids. One day I hope to work as a pediatric occupational therapist. I started working with kids about three years ago babysitting with 1-3 kids ages newborn-10 years old. I have also worked at a kids petting farm where I lead kids in activities and taught about animals. In my spare time, I like to spend it with other people. I enjoy going to the gym, grabbing coffee with friends, and watching movies with my family. One thing you should know about me is I grew up in Howard County and went to Centennial High School. I am finishing up my first year at James Madison University with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Pre-Med. My skills include creative thinking, behavior management, and communication.
