About Joanna

I grew up on a farm taking care of horses, chickens and dogs. I farm sit for local families, and have experience with rabbits, goats (milking too), cows, fowl, dogs, cats, pigs and horses. I'd describe my personality as calm, kind and firm. I like working with animals because they bring a sense of peace and comfort. I'm looking for a job that helps others have the confidence and comfort they need to leave their pets while they travel. I started working with animals 25 years ago. In my spare time, I like to engage with my community in meaningful ways. One thing you should know about me is I'm eclectic. My skills include being a nurse with years of experience around animals and children.
