About Joannah

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, conscientious and engaging. I like caring for people because I know sometimes we all can feel lonely and isolated. Not everyone has family members that are available. I can be someone who offers companionship, autonomy and a sense of security. I started being a Care Companion about five years ago when my favorite aunt was battling breast cancer. She had long term care and ultimately hospice care but for the time she was feeling well , we did many fun things together that allowed her to be more than just her illness and still get out in the world whether it be a trip to the nail or hair salon or to visit a friend or go out to lunch. One thing you should know about me is I like to make people smile. I am genuine, considerate and respectful. My personality is not over the top and I can modulate to pretty much any personality type.
