About Joanna

Hello! My name is Joanna , and caring for children has always been a natural part of who I am. As a dedicated mother of three, including a child with autism, I bring both personal experience and a deep understanding of patience, safety, and individualized care. I have hands-on experience with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids, and I'm especially knowledgeable in supporting children with special needs, sensory needs, communication differences, and elopement prevention. Through years of working side-by-side with teachers, therapists, and ABA professionals, I've learned how to create routines, use visual supports, encourage communication, and help children feel safe, understood, and successful.
