Joanna has been taking care my 1.5 year old son and his part time friend in our nanny share for many months now. Joanna's presence has been truly a gift to our family. She is collaborative, communicative and genuinely loves our little ones. She helped us a lot with establishing a sleep schedule and more predictable routine for our little one who was previously passed from one work from home parent to another to grandparents a little haphazardly during Covid. She takes our little ones to play in the park daily where they enjoy the outdoors and get lots of energy out; she has been very capable of managing two very energetic boys who can cross hairs. She has helped our little ones get better at sharing and using their "gentle hands" when they play with each other. She checks in regularly on their progress and works collaborative and consistently with us when we set goals for our little one re: sleep, food and social skills. And most important she is kind, gentle, honest and trustworthy.
