I hired Joanna on Wednesday she said she was happy to start and had the availability. I sent over the care check and hadn’t heard anything back so I reached out today. She claimed that she was hired on full time. I’m unsure if maybe she just became uninterested in the job because she still shows as available for jobs. I’m just feeling there may be some dishonesty and I could’ve been looking for a replacement sooner. She seemed very nice over the phone but I wish she would have reached out right away if she did in fact get hired full time elsewhere or update her profile
