From the first day Joan started caring for my mother, she continues to demonstrate that she is trustworthy, reliable and genuinely warm. She communicates well with my mother, with me and my husband and has a nice disposition and is very personable. Joan listens and follows any instructions and asks questions if needed. She is proactive and very patient with my mom. We are grateful to have found Joan who has been ideal for all of our needs.
