I am a retired medical technician from an emergency room where I received training in first aid and CPR. I have taken care of my own mother who had Alzheimer's. I have experience caring for other elderly couples, running errands, doctors appointments, administering medications, food shopping, cooking, laundry and housekeeping and general house management. I currently care for a elderly couple 2 days per week. I would be happy to supply excellent references upon request.

Joan is absolutely fabulous- we really got lucky with her! Her assistance and diligence in helping my parents is greatly appreciated. Her passion for cleaning and cooking really helps with their state of mental health: she's assisted in keeping their home tidy, helping my father with scheduling groceries, and overall streamlining my parents' care. As an adult child with elderly parents, I cannot recommend her services enough- it's helped my relationship with my parents as we're more able to relax with each other instead of worrying about household chores or cooking meals. Also, she cares for my parents and will let me know if she sees something I don't- I can't express how much an extra set of eyes is appreciated. Definitely will keep her as long as she'll have us!
