About Joan

I am a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aide (HHA) with years of experience in providing high-quality care to seniors in both home and facility settings. My focus is on enhancing the quality of life for my clients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and offering emotional support. I specialize in personal care, mobility assistance, medication management, and companionship to ensure that each individual feels safe, comfortable, and valued. In addition to my CNA and HHA roles, I also have experience as a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), working to help seniors regain and maintain their physical function. By assisting with exercises, range-of-motion activities, and mobility techniques, I aim to promote independence and improve the overall well-being of my clients. My goal is to provide patient-centered care that honors each person's dignity while helping them stay as active and independent as possible.
