Hello I'm a full-time Mental Health Therapist with a master's degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling and a strong background working with children and families. I provide calm, dependable childcare grounded in trauma-informed principles: emotional safety, predictable routines, and developmentally appropriate activities that promote communication, problem solving, and resilience. I design fun, educational plans (arts & crafts, games, reading time, and social-emotional learning activities) and adapt to each child's needs (both English and Spanish). I'm organized, detail oriented, and comfortable coordinating with parents about schedules, behavior support, and any therapeutic or school-based recommendations. Families appreciate my professionalism, confidentiality, and warm, patient approach. I decided to use my experience and knowledge as a mental health therapist to nanny so I can provide care that promotes children's safety, reliability , and healthy routine.
