About Jillyan

Hello my name is Jillyan! I have over 10 years of childcare experience and 2 professional nanny jobs under my wing. My mom is a nanny and always took me to work with her, between that having younger brothers (9&12) I have a wide range of care! I have nannied for a family with a 18mo & 3-year-old for 2 years and currently on my second year of nanny a 2 & 4-year-old! My current nanny kiddos are going to school so my schedule is opening up! I love being apart of a child's team helping, guiding, and being another cheerleader in their corner! I use the big sister method setting the boundaries and using the parents method while also creating a safe fun environment for them! Can't wait to talk/meet!!
