About Jill

Hello! I am a mom of two (8 & 3 years old) and a former CPS PreK educator of 7 years. I am looking for occasional babysitting jobs - particularly during the school day hours and weekend nights. My day job as a fractional Director of Human Resources gives me flexibility during the work week and I especially miss the little tiny ones. I love reading to kids, crafts, silly games, and adventures. I have had plenty of experience as a part-time nanny and babysitter in the past - in addition to raising my own daughters and as an educator. My approach to babysitting - is to have fun, redirect when necessary, and follow the family's lead. I did babyled weaning with my own girls - but happy to follow your preferred method.
