I have some experience professional dog walking some years ago. I have had two cats, one that I adopted at four who are now 14 and 15. But often stay at my mothers house now that I have my toddler son, whose father isn't involved. I can take on a cat or dog short term. I do live in an apartment building right now though. But it is dog and cat friendly and has a nice courtyard and parks nearby where I like to bring my son, and could bring a dog along.
