About Jillian

Hi! I'm Jillian, and I recently graduated from Pepperdine University with my Master's in Clinical Psychology. I currently work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and bring a strong understanding of child development, emotional support, and behavior into my childcare work. I nannied full-time throughout college, helping with morning routines, school pick-ups, meals, and creating a structured but fun environment. I also worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician for four years, with training in ABA therapy and experience supporting children on the autism spectrum. I've worked with kids from 6 months to 18 years old and am happy to help with light household tasks and occasional overnights. I aim to create a safe, warm, and engaging space where kids feel comfortable and cared for.
