We have 3 kids and Jill has been our after-school nanny . We've hired a dozen or so nannies over the years, and Jill is probably the most competent and reliable individual we've ever had. I can't say enough good things about her. She has fun with the kids, is incredibly dedicated to them and to her work, and she is totally reliable. She has also proven flexible when life through us curveballs and we needed unexpected help. Our kids are getting older and more independent, and so we need her for fewer hours. She gets my absolute highest praise.
