About Jillian

Hi, my name is Jillian! I have experience working with children and currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing support to children with autism. My background includes internships as a teaching assistant at both a preschool and a Sunday school, as well as experience at a pediatric speech therapy center. I also have several years of babysitting experience and a passion for working with children. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels supported, valued, and cared for. I'd describe my personality as empathic, kind, and silly. I'm looking for a job that I can provide a safe and nurturing environment. I hope to find a family that values patience and communication. I would love the opportunity to support a child's growth and development while building a positive, trusting relationship with both the children and their family. In my spare time, I like to paint, read, watch movies, and spend time with my 3 cats!
