I worked for 2 years at SMH rehab. I cared for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, post stroke, weakened or flaccid extremities, amputees, broken/fractured bones, quadriplegics, etc. I helped with ambulating, dressing, bathing, feeding, you name it. I have a passion for helping people and serving. I don't just do my job. I'm there to provide comfort and love like I would expect to receive if I was in that position. It's not a job, it's my calling! I've worked in home as a caregiver since January 2024.
