About Jillian

As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I'm passionate about helping others improve their health from the inside out. I bring a fun, bubbly, cheerful energy to everything I do. For years, I volunteered in local nursing homes playing piano and violin, giving manicures, and bringing in cookies to connect with the senior residents and brighten their day. I also had a period of caring for my grandmother as she battled cancer towards the end of her life. I've been a babysitter for children of all ages from newborn to teens off and on for over 20 years, including experience with special needs. I've always had a special place in my heart for seniors and would love to bring a spark of joy and helpfulness to your day! I'm an excellent cook, can do light housework, errands, provide a listening ear and warm company, and more. I've been married to my husband for almost 7 years (together for 14 years) and have a Cavapoo puppy named Lulu that I adore.
