She seemed to set her own hours as to when to come. Not the times I gave her to come. Our neighbor actually had to call her to have her come to let Kelly out. It was 11:30am, Kelly should have gone out around 7:30am. She had moved just prior to our hiring her, I think maybe she should have not taken the job under her current circumstances.
