We hired Jess for the summer last year when the family she was working for was away, and she was just the best! Always willing to go above and beyond to make life easier. Kids where happy, house under control and us even happier. We have a 3yo daughter and a 2yo son. She was fantastic with them! Attentive, fun, engaging. We were so frustrated with babysitters who would spend all day on their phones and not engage with our kids, but Jess doesn't just focus on the kids, she runs an extra mile to make them happy finding imaginative and fun games in a unique way that got us impressed. She's also very good on commands and on getting their respect. If it's time to clean up it's time to clean up and she makes them understand and respect her commands in a very impressive way. I'm sure she was the best caregiver we had I'm sad we're far now. I hope the family she works for loves her as much as we do, cause anyone would be very lucky to have her.
