Additionally, I also have a reliable vehicle for transportation and can potentially transport children to fun learning activities (provided the parent/guardian agrees) and I also provide daily learning activities and materials to make things fun. It is apparent that Jessie well understands childhood development! She comes up with plenty of developmentally appropriate activities for our boys who are cooped up this winter. She also comes up with good meal ideas for our picky eaters. It's very thoughtful that Jessie helps out around the house when we get busy, despite that not being part of the job description when we hired her. She is a great communicator and will text us information at the end of each day. We asked her to bring her daughter over sometimes as a playmate for our boys and we really enjoy her daughter as well. Our family loves Jessie's presence in our home, as she is good natured, very patient, and easy going. She is also responsible/ dependable, allowing me to have peace of mind at work. She definitely knows how to improvise and roll with the punches, particularly with my son being a testy 3 year old. Jessie has been a fantastic fit for our family and she will be very missed once our kids start preschool/daycare.
