About Jessica

With a heart for teaching and learning and a love for children, along with 7 years of experience taking care of kids across fields and a masters degree in School Psychology, I am an outstanding nanny for families with diverse needs. I am currently a PhD student, studying Foundations of Education. My professional experiences range from teaching infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, to camp counseling, to babysitting, to giving soccer lessons, to swim camp counseling, to Sunday School facilitating, to providing behavioral case management and crisis interventions for challenging middle school classrooms and schools, to teaching and volunteering across inner city and small town schools and families, to facilitating a summer academy for high schoolers, to teaching college courses to students. I have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for creative and effective problem-solving. I use a calm and gentle tone with strong and thoughtful approaches to support kids & families.
