If you're reading this, most likely you or someone you care about is in need of a little help. Whether it's something practical like getting the bed made or having lunch prepared, or something more personal like comfort and conversation as well as respite, I'd like to offer you my support. My experience working with seniors and vulnerable adults includes people living with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia, MS, depression, and mobility issues requiring wheelchairs or walkers. I'm trustworthy, reliable and exceptionally organized. I consider myself a thoughtful listener and conversationalist with a great sense of humor and an abundance of patience. I enjoy providing companionship and being an advocate for dignity and independent living. I'm the mother of a teenager who inspires me to be and do better every day. I enjoy travel, photography, birdwatching, hiking, rock collecting, reading prose and non-fiction.
