Jess was our full time nanny for over a year. Jess was excellent! She was kind, thoughtful, and creative with our two children. Our kids loved her and we still have her babysit and stay in touch because they have a close relationship. Jess was so wonderful to work with - she was punctual, had excellent communication, shared thoughts about the kids and activities, shared pictures and stories from the day. Jess was a nanny who other moms commented on when they saw her with our kids when I wasn't there and said, " you are so lucky to have her - she's great with the kids!". I have no reservations about recommending Jess and am happy to provide a reference.
