About Jessica

I spent 4 years as a full-time School Psychologist, and I am now an Executive Functioning Coach providing specialized coaching to children and adolescents (ages 6-college) with ADHD, Autism, and complex learning profiles. Previously, I worked as a Mental Health Supportive Counselor providing counseling and advocacy to children and families with social-emotional needs. My expertise includes supporting children, adults, and families in strengthening their executive functioning skills such as goal setting, mental flexibility, self-regulation, planning, time management, and organization. I have worked extensively to help individuals build productive daily routines, manage hectic schedules, and prioritize responsibilities. I believe that my ability to adapt to a variety of situations and address a diverse range of needs allows me to be a valuable candidate.
