About Jessica

I have been working with children since I was around 10. I started by working in my church's nursery, babysitting, and helping with my church's VBS (vacation bible school). As I got older, I became the music director for VBS, and-in college-created an arts workshop for elementary aged children. After graduating with a Communication: Speech Communication degree and minor in theatre, I began to pursue a career as an actor. That is how and why I started nannying around 8 years ago, and absolutely loved it! I love teaching children how to work together, use their imaginations, and solve problems creatively. We have fun, but we also learn along the way. Becoming a part of the families I have worked for has been a real blessing. I look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of your family, as well!
