Jess is everything you'd ever want in a caregiver and so much more! She taught us to many valuable lessons for our 2.5 year old son's behaviors (meltdowns) and really helped him (and us) process his emotions. She is so caring and patient, and communicates directly. She is always prompt and is the one we call any time we need a sitter. The kids and parents are all so happy when Jess is here.
