Dog sitting service- Was four hours late for first visit, communication was lacking. We were not aware of what the situation was that was holding her up, we just know from the camera that she had not been by. We had to have someone else come by to feed the dogs that night. She showed up at 11 pm, after I reached out, by that point we had made other arrangements. Key was not returned promptly, as requested.
