About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, caring and loving. I like working with kids because it is fun to interact with them. I am a creative person so it is fun to come up with activities for them to do and create an exciting and joyful experience. I started working with kids when I was a teenager and babysat a 7 yo for 2 years. Previous to that, my mom was a babysitter so I was always around kids. One of those kids was the 7 yo girl. Knowing her since infancy, the parents trusted me to continue caring for her after school in their home, helping with homework and take her to soccer practice. I also have cared for 2 siblings (boy and girl) ages 4-5 on call this past year. Responsibilities include driving for after school pickup, meal prep, playtime and bedtime routine. I am around toddles often as I have 2 nieces and some friend who have small children as well. It is a joy to interact and play with them. My skills include patience, responsibility and time management.
