About Jessica

Hellooo! My name is Jessica, I'm 18, and I am a first year at UVA! I value communication, hard work, trust, and optimism with a side of smiles (: I am assiduous and am also punctual, trustworthy, and intentional with my actions. I plan to major in social work to become an LCSW who works with children that come from a family of addiction or trauma. I absolutely love children and pets. I have four years of babysitting experience with a family of three children (all under the age of 10), and I have had no complaints! I worked at Mathnasium for two years as an instructor, meaning I tutored K-12 students in math. I have my full IB diploma and am a member of both the Math Honors Society & the Spanish Honor Society. I can understand, listen, and read in Spanish, and am consistenly working on improving my dialect! I hope to one day be bilingual.
