I'm passionate about unlocking every student's unique potential through personalized support. In my 10 years as an educator, I have fostered a love for learning in elementary students by creating engaging and patient environments. I hold a graduate degree and am a certified teacher. I vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate every success. Open communication is essential, and I value understanding student needs and progress. I am experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Seeing a student's confidence blossom is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at libraries, and community centers. I can help with math, English, test preparation, and study skills.
