I'm a stay at home mom with a 12-month-old little girl (I've babysat with her and it's been nothing but successful) I also work as a para with the department of Education but on a substitute basis so it would never conflict! My daughter is a very sweet and easy going baby who loves playing and interacting with other children. I use flash cards, read age appropriate stories and my favorite... sing songs all day playing with my daughter and will do the very same with yours! Our son came home with high challenges being born premature, and Jessica was the most loving and caring nanny we could hope for. She created an environment for our son to thrive, and she loved him like he was her own. We couldn't recommend Jessica any higher. Any child is in great hands when they are in Jessica's care.
