About Jessica

Hello! My name is Jessica, and I bring many years of experience in teaching. I've had the joy of working with children of all ages supporting their growth, learning, and everyday needs in both home and classroom settings. I hold an OSBI BG check and have just submitted (10-1-25) my fingerprints for my Florida BG check. I have no criminal history and a clean driving record. My professional background includes four years of teaching special education, as well as time working for the Department of Defense in Japan teaching STEM. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt to diverse learning styles, foster curiosity, and create inclusive, engaging learning environments. In addition to childcare, I also offer tutoring for children who may be struggling academically. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and discover their strengths through patient guidance and creative teaching strategies.
